In the last two years I have competed in the NPC, placing no lower than the top three as a light weight competitor. So far for 09 I have placed 3rd which was May 30 at the NPC Oklahoma Championship. This year is new begining, a year to prove I belong and belong in the top three of my weight class. It is extremely important to me how this year at Europa Super Show turns out. This is where it all began for me! I've had hard luck with Texas NPC judges and I know they only want perfection:) Well this is what I plan on delivering. Everybody in the bodybuilding scene or even the fitness/ figure let me just say you are all champions. This sport is all about networking and sharing for the greater good. We all can use alittle guidence and help being pointed in the right direction and thats what this site is dedicated to. It will be for ever updating with pics as well as my daily journal under the blog section, so stay close.
